Volunteer Now in partnership with Disney and Youth Service America have launched Disney Friends for Change Grants in Northern Ireland. The Grants offer young people aged 5-18 an opportunity to receive a £750 grant to help make a lasting positive change in the world.

Applications are eligible that highlight the creativity and commitment of young people working to meet the needs of others. The goal of the programme is to show how even small actions can add up to big change.

Whatever your interests, a Disney Friends for Change Grant can help you make a difference for people, communities and the planet.
