Belfast City Council, Arts & Disability Forum, Adapt NI and Open Arts invite you to a conversation over coffee and cakes on what you think of Belfast City Council’s Cultural Framework for Belfast 2012 – 2015.

At 2pm, Wednesday 4 July 2012 in the Crescent Arts Centre, (situated at the corner of University Road and Lower Crescent) Belfast.

The organisations are especially keen to gather views from disabled people and those who have disabled people in their family and friendship groups and have something to say about how that affects the way they experience art and culture in Belfast and whether the Framework will help address barriers.
